Surgery for Bynum

Los Angeles Lakers centre Andrew Bynum is expected be available on a 'limited basis' at the start of training camp after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Thursday.
Bynum underwent the operation to repair a partially torn ligament damaged in Game 6 of the Lakers' first-round play-off series against Oklahoma City on April 30.
The 22-year-old opted to postpone surgery to play in the Lakers' championship run, starting each of his team's 23 post-season games on its way to its second straight NBA title.
Bynum averaged 8.6 points and 6.9 rebounds during the play-offs, twice needing the knee drained of fluid during the post-season and again after the Lakers' championship parade on June 22.
The surgery is his third the last three years, and the second on his right knee.
Bynum is expected to make a full recovery by the start of the regular season in late October.
