Darcy Moore is staying at Collingwood, allaying any Magpie fears the father-son utility will join Sydney.
“Take this to the bank, press record everybody, Darcy Moore is staying at Collingwood,” Tim Watson told SEN Breakfast.
“Not likely to…Darcy Moore is staying at Collingwood. 100 percent. Darcy Moore will be at Collingwood.”
MOORE "COULD BE A SUPERSTAR DEFENDER FOR A DECADE" SAYS WATSON
Watson said earlier this year Moore has the potential to “be a superstar defender in this competition for another decade”.
“If you’re looking for somebody that can hold down a key position for your club for a decade, I’d be throwing more money at him than what he’s actually worth on his potential,” Watson said.
Moore battled a number of injury problems this season, playing just seven games.
