Richmond’s forward line has struggled to get going so far since footy’s resumption, scoring 36 and 39 respectively.
Mabior Chol has put his hand up for selection if the Tigers flounder again on Saturday afternoon against St Kilda, booting five goals in a practice match this morning.
The Tigers took on the Saints in a scratch match, winning by 90 points (121-31), though it’s unclear how strong both teams were.
Patrick Naish kicked three goals himself, while Daniel Rioli kicked two.
On Twitter, the Tigers named Jack Graham, Marlion Pickett and Ryan Garthwaite as three players who stood out in the game.
Pickett and Rioli were among the Richmond players omitted with the club looking to make changes after an average start.
Jack Riewoldt has been in poor form across the last fortnight and Chol may be knocking on the door.
