Jake Riccardi was ultra-impressive in GWS’ 38-point win over Fremantle.
In just his second senior game, Riccardi booted four goals and took nine marks against the Dockers backing up his promising two-goal and 10-mark performance on debut against West Coast last week.
But according to Champion Data’s rankings, Riccardi was the worst player on the ground.
The 20-year-old was ranked last of all the 44 players that took to the field on Saturday which has raised eyebrows and left SEN host Andy Maher completely baffled.
"If you watched this game with your eyes and used your brain to assess it, you’ll never guess who the stats gurus rated the 44th best player in the game," Maher tweeted.
"You’d be amazed how often ‘experts’ use this stuff to form their opinions."

Riccardi was overlooked in two AFL drafts until the Giants took a punt on the former Werribee forward with the 51st pick overall in the 2019 draft.
He will certainly be in the conversation to be named the Rising Star nominee for Round 14.
