Essendon has shown interest in Gold Coast small forward Malcolm Rosas, reports The Herald Sun.
Rosas, an Academy member out of the Suns’ new Darwin zone, is the subject of reported interest from the Bombers as they look to target more exciting young talent.
The Herald Sun understands Essendon is looking to strengthen its connections to the Northern Territory.
Rosas, a Northern Territory product, played four games in 2021 after making his debut in Round 9.
The second-year Sun was drafted as an Academy selection prior to the 2019 National Draft and is without a contract for next season.
