All Blacks legend and UNICEF Aotearoa Ambassador Dan Carter is currently undertaking his inaugural DC10 fundraising event, where he is attempting to kick 1598 goals in 24 hours.
The kickathon signals the launch of the DC10 Fund, which is a dedicated fundraising platform in partnership with UNICEF Aotearoa New Zealand to provide children across Aotearoa and the Pacific with clean water and sanitation.
1598 represents the total number of Test points that Carter scored throughout his All Blacks’ career, and after 15 hours he has already surpassed 1000 goals, leaving him well on track to reach his target by the final whistle at 7pm tonight NZT.
SENZ is providing live covarge of the event, and supporters nationwide and around the world can support the DC10 Fund by donating through the link below.
