The Match Review Officer was busy reviewing Saturday’s Round 20 action with a raft of charges laid from the day’s play.
The one suspension dealt is to Hawthorn’s Changkuoth Jiath who was charged with a dangerous tackle against St Kilda’s Jack Steele.
The incident was assessed as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact and he can accept a one-match ban with an early plea.
From the first game of the day at the MCG between Collingwood and Port Adelaide six players have been hit with fines.
Young star Nick Daicos can accept a $1500 sanction for striking Travis Boak, Magpies captain Scott Pendlebury can accept a $2000 sanction for engaging in rough conduct while Taylor Adams, Jeremy Finlayson, Jack Ginnivan and Zak Butters can accept fines for engaging in a melee.
GWS ruckman Braydon Preuss has also escaped a ban for his incident with Sydney’s James Rowbottom with the big man offered a $2000 sanction for rough conduct.
Also from that game, Sydney’s Dane Rampe can also accept a $2000 sanction for a dangerous tackle on GWS’ Tim Taranto.
