A big weekend of live sport on SENZ begins with the One NZ Warriors hosting the Manly Sea Eagles for the first time since 2019.
Go Media Stadium has been renamed to Daniel Anderson Stadium for the occasion as the rugby league community bands together in support of the former Warriors coach. With the sold-out signs going up earlier this week, expect a booming response from the crowd as the lights go out for the walkout.
The FIFA Women’s World Cup wraps up with the penultimate third-place final between the Matildas and Sweden on Saturday night, followed by the final between Spain and England on Sunday night. The women’s football will shine under the spotlight as we reach the conclusion of what has been a highly entertaining celebration of the round ball code across both host nations.
Motorsport fans will be treated to an afternoon of racing come Sunday with SEN’s Jimmy Smith, Aaron Noonan and James Moffat as Supercars takes to The Bend.
Plus, there’s plenty of English Premier League on offer, including a massive clash between Tottenham and Manchester United. Can new Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou get one up on the Red Devils?
