Every player graded in the Port Adelaide versus GWS Giants Semi Final

GWS caused the upset of the finals series so far on Saturday night, taking down Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval.

The Giants' midfield and defenders starred, while Port's stars were well below their best across the board.

PORT ADELAIDE

Miles Bergman: A- Provided spark and dash across half back and was rarely beaten in contests.

Travis Boak: B+ When the young stars went missing, Boak stepped up and gave it his all.

Willie Rioli: B+ Kicked three goals and had a big impact early. Certainly did his job.

Connor Rozee: B

Willem Drew: B Had some nice moments early, particularly when other Power mids were struggling.

Aliir Aliir: B Didn't have a huge impact, but held his own when the Giants' ball-use didn't make it impossible to defend.

Dan Houston: B

Zak Butters: B Had minimal impact early, but fought his way back into the contest in the second half.

Jason Horne-Francis: B Tried hard to spark the Power in the second half. Will tear a final to shreds in the next few years.

Kane Farrell: B-

Ryan Burton: C+ Toby Greene kicked three in the end, but Burton won the battle mostly in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.

Todd Marshall: C+

Sam Powell-Pepper: C Kicked 0.3 in the end.

Ollie Lord: C- Didn't touch the footy for most of the first half, but took some marks and kicked a goal in the second half.

Charlie Dixon: C- Fought hard, but ultimately beaten comfortably by Sam Taylor.

Ollie Wines: C- Another quiet final, but lifted when pushed back on ball late.

Trent McKenzie: D Comfortably beaten by Jesse Hogan tonight.

Xavier Duursma: D Only seven disposals. A very quiet night for Duursma.

Stephen Coniglio: A+ The best player on the ground. What an incredible return to form this year.

Lachie Whitfield: A Carved Port Adelaide up early by foot. Nine disposals and four score involvements in the first 10 minutes.

Jesse Hogan: A Inaccuracy the only thing holding him back from an A+.

Callan Ward: A Had a huge impact on-ball and going forward.

Jack Buckley: A Felt like he won every contest he was involved in.

Tom Green: A Was built to impact big finals.

Connor Idun: B+ Does Idun ever lose a one-on-one contest?

Sam Taylor: B+

Josh Kelly: B+ Not as prolific as last week, but had a big impact in the first half.
