Adelaide midfielder Matt Crouch has received a one-match ban for his high bump on Carlton’s Jack Carroll in Saturday’s win at Marvel Stadium.
Crouch collected Carroll above the shoulder and from front on when both players were attempting to pick up a loose ball on the wing.
Carroll stayed down for an extended period after the knock and was awarded a free kick. The MRO graded the incident as forceful front-on contact at was careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.

He’ll miss Adelaide’s clash with Essendon on Friday if he accepts the ban.
Port Adelaide’s Zak Butters meanwhile has escaped a ban after bumping Fremantle’s Bailey Banfield high.
The Power star was cleared of all wrongdoing by the MRO.
Jordan Dawson (rough conduct) and Brandon Zerk-Thatcher (rough conduct) were both handed $2500 fines for separate incidents.
