Penrith Panthers great Scott Sattler played one State of Origin game for Queensland back in 2003, and he knows exactly what wearing that Maroons jersey means for the players as they come together to face their New South Wales rivals.

Blake Ayshford caught up with Sattler at Suncorp Stadium during the NRL's recent Magic Round to discuss the prestige of the series.

During the interview, Sattler describes in incredible detail what it's like to be at Suncorp when it's packed to the rafters, with the deafening sound echoing around as players exit the tunnel and run onto the field, giving Ayshford and himself goosebumps in the process.
