The MRO has handed down their decisions from Saturday’s Round 12 action.

The main call was that surrounding Rising Star hopeful Harley Reid who has copped a two-week ban for his dangerous tackle on St Kilda’s Darcy Wilson.

Reid’s tackle on Wilson came in the third quarter of Saturday’s loss as he slammed the Saint into the turf after the player was airborne.

While the Saint wasn’t concussed after hitting his head on the ground, the MRO graded the incident as rough conduct that was careless, high contact and high impact.

The high-impact grading means Reid receives two weeks, instead of one.

If he accepts the ban, he’ll miss games against North Melbourne and Essendon while also being deemed ineligible for the Rising Star.
