SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 20.

Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.

Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1. Essendon
vs St Kilda – Marvel Stadium – Saturday

“Essendon were number one last week and I think they're number one this week. They’ve got to beat St Kilda,” Russell told SEN Afternoons.

“The Essendon Football Club has the opportunity to make something huge out of this year.

“They've got Fremantle next week and then they've got the Suns. I reckon they can get a run going.

“I think they can prove a few people wrong, and this is their moment to do it.

“I've got Essendon number one on the pressure meter because they need to be banking wins right now to make sure they've got their spot in the eight secured.”

2. Melbourne
vs GWS – MCG – Saturday night

“I've got Melbourne at two.

“They’re 10th right now. They've got a game at their home deck the MCG against the Giants.

“They've got a tough run as well coming up, so they need to get this one in the book as well.

“Otherwise, they'll be in danger of missing the eight.”

3. Collingwood
vs Richmond – MCG – Sunday

“Collingwood needs to beat Richmond at the MCG obviously to stay alive.

“But I think they will do it. That's why I've got Collingwood down at three.

“They've got a big game the week after as well against the Blues. So, Collingwood needs to get this done.”

4. Port Adelaide
vs Carlton – Marvel Stadium – Friday night

5. Geelong
vs North Melbourne – Blundstone Arena – Saturday

“Some might say it's the Suns, but I've got Geelong at five.”
