There was no shortage of talking points on Scotty & Izzy this week, as a procession of Kiwi medalists phoned in from France to relive their exploits.
Along with the Olympic Games in Paris, hosts Scotty Stevenson and Israel Dagg looked ahead to the Rugby Championship with the All Blacks preparing to take on Argentina.
The matchday 23 named by Scotty Robertson sees the return of Will Jordan to the black jersey for the first time since last year's Rugby World Cup final, and with injuries to the locking stocks testing New Zealand's depth, it's up Sam Darry, Tupou Vaa'i and Josh Lord to step up.
Plus, with Kiwis heavily featured on the card for next week's UFC 305 in Perth, the hype has already begun.
This is the best from the week that was on SENZ's Scotty & Izzy:
Finn Butcher
'The Butcher' joined the show on Tuesday following his brilliant gold medal win in the kayak cross.
Luuka Jones
Another Kiwi star in the kayak, Jones reflected on her fifth Olympic Games, celebrated the success of Finn Butcher, and talked about what may be next for the veteran.
Olivia Brett & Tara Vaughan
The Kiwi canoeists joined us on Friday following their gold medal in the K-4 alongside Lisa Carrington, who won her sixth Olympic gold in the event.
Kai Kara-France
We also caught up with Kiwi UFC fighter Kai Kara-France ahead of UFC 305 in Perth next Sunday, as he prepares to take on Australian Steve Erceg in the flyweight bout.
