Port Adelaide host Hawthorn in Friday's Semi-Final, with the winner to take on Sydney in a Prelim next week, while GWS take on Brisbane in Saturday's Semi at ENGIE Stadium.

The winner of Giants v Lions takes on the Cats in next week's Preliminary Final at the MCG.
