Legendary trainer Gai Waterhouse has outlined the three horses she is urging punters to stick with.

Waterhouse and her co-trainer Adrian Bott will saddle up a number of runners across the Caulfield Cup Carnival which kicks off this weekend.

One of those will be the current second favourite for the Group 1 Caulfield Cup (2400m) in Eliyass who ran third in the Turnbull Stakes on Saturday.

The Queen of Australian racing was asked by Gareth Hall which of her horses the punters should be with in the coming weeks.

“I think they stick with Eliyass,” Waterhouse told SENTrack.

Eliyass is currently rated at $6 with Sportsbet for the Caulfield Cup on October 19.

She also gave a very strong push for Caulfield Guineas fancy Wanaruah.

“I also think they stick with Wanaruah who is running in the Caulfield Guineas,” she added.

Wanaruah ran third in the Guineas Prelude at Caulfield on September 21 and will likely give a great sight either as the leader or right up on the speed.

Jye McNeil will ride the Snitzel colt who is currently priced at $15 with Sportsbet for this Saturday’s G1 Guineas (1600m).

The third horse is Osmose who has come up a massive price this Saturday.

“A loose card is Osmose, the First Light Racing mare,” Gai said further.

“She’s got her foot on the till. The punters should be backing her on Saturday.”

Osmose is currently at $26 with Sportsbet for the Catanach’s Jewellers Vase this weekend.

The six-year-old mare is coming off only a fair run when ninth and five lengths off the winner (Alsephina) in the Group 2 Stocks Stakes at The Valley on September 27.

Waterhouse and Bott trained a combined trio of winners on feature days at Flemington and Randwick last weekend - King Kirk, Just Fine and Tremonti.
