Port Adelaide has today delisted five players.

All of Quinton Narkle, Francis Evans, Tom Scully and Kyle Marshall weren’t offered contracts for 2025, while Tom Clurey has been let go with a year left on his deal.

Clurey has played 124 AFL games and agreed to be delisted to try and find a new AFL home having not played at the senior level since Round 3, 2023.

Coach Ken Hinkley thanked Clurey for his efforts across his 12 seasons at the club.

“Tom came to Port Adelaide as part of my first Draft as coach,” Hinkley said via a statement.

“We identified him as a player who could provide flexibility for us in the back half and he did that more across his 124-game career.

“There was never much fuss with Tom, and he didn't seek the limelight. He just got on with his job and rarely let us down, often matching up on much bigger-sized forwards.

“We thank him for his time and wish he and his young family all the best for what comes next.”

Narkle played 13 AFL games in 2024, while Evans played 17 games last season.

Marshall and Scully never broke through for an AFL debut at the Power.

List boss Jason Cripps thanked Narkle, Evans, Scully and Kyle Marshall for their efforts.

“Quinton and Frankie have contributed really positively to our club, at both AFL and SANFL level,” Cripps said.

“They provided good depth for us when we needed it, and we are grateful for the time they spent at Port Adelaide.

“While Tom and Kyle didn’t get their chance to play AFL football, they demonstrated improvement and commitment to the program over the past two years.

“All four players are good people, and we wish them all the very best for what comes next.”
