“Ready to win”: David Hayes’ two best winning hopes at Happy Valley on Wednesday night

David Hayes has provided SENTrack listeners with a couple of betting recommendations for Hong Kong racing on Wednesday night.

The Australian trainer has eight runners in the International Jockeys’ Championship meeting at Happy Valley and has told punters to focus on two in particular.

“There’s two I would recommend if they (the punters) can stay up late enough,” he said on SENTrack’s Giddy Up.

“A horse called Chateauneuf with James McDonald on in the jockeys’ race.

“And Zac Purton’s ride for me - Sight Happy.

“Both horses were unlucky at their last start. I think they’re ready to win.”

Sight Happy runs in Race 4 and is currently priced at $7.50 with Sportsbet, while Chateauneuf is $6 in Race 8.

Hayes also has Youth Power (Race 3), Chater Gold (Race 5), World Hero (Race 6), Samarkand and Soleil Fighter (Race 7), and Star Contact (Race 9) running on Wednesday night.
