Results from SEN’s AFL Fan Survey have helped us put together a top eight and full ladder for the 2025 season.
Our fan survey asked dozens of questions including: Which AFL teams will make the 8 in 2025?
From the 2,000-plus answers we formed an order from top to bottom based on the amount of votes each team received.
Over 97 per cent of voters believe reigning premiers the Brisbane Lions will make the eight again, while more than 80 per cent are confident that both Carlton and last season’s runners-up the Sydney Swans will play in September next year.
There has been in excess of 70 per cent of votes for GWS, Geelong and Hawthorn, while 60 or more per cent of voters are backing in Collingwood to return to the eight alongside Fremantle.
Two changes to the 2024 top eight have been made with Port Adelaide and the Western Bulldogs sliding out for the Magpies and Dockers.
The bottom is made up of the teams who received the least amount of votes relating to the top eight.
