SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 2.

Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.

Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1 – Port Adelaide
vs Richmond – Adelaide Oval – Saturday

“I think Port Adelaide's number one on the pressure meter,” Russell said.

“The reason Port I think is ahead of Carlton is because the Blues could lose tonight to Hawthorn and it wouldn't be a surprise to anybody if they get beaten tonight.

“But Port were embarrassed by Collingwood last week and this week they're at home against last year's wooden spooners who only won two games last year.

“Port put their own magnifying glass on themselves with the Hinkley to Carr succession plan. They need to make it work, and it needs to look like it works this week.”

2 - Carlton
vs Hawthorn - MCG – Thursday night

“There's the way Carlton plays as well, not just the win-loss tonight.

“If they do get outplayed by a better style under Sam Mitchell… if they get outran and outworked, then it's not just going to accentuate the depth problem that Carlton has with a leaky backline and not an A-grade small forward… it might point to deeper problems.

“They do have Charlie Curnow back this week. So, one of the excuses of last week is not there anymore.”

3 – Fremantle
vs Sydney - Optus Stadium – Sunday

“I've got Fremantle at three.

“They’re back home after getting a lesson from Geelong last week.

“They’re against a Swans team that's lost its first two games and lost its way a little.

“Fremantle's meant to be a premiership contender. They need to show it, and this is the game to show it.”

4 - Sydney
vs Fremantle – Optus Stadium – Sunday

“I've got Sydney at four.

“After being spanked in the Grand Final, you wouldn’t want to start 0-3.”

5 - Essendon
vs Adelaide - MCG – Saturday
