The Fireball team have pulled together their top five rankings in the wake of a big Round 9.

David King and Kane Cornes rated in order from 1 to 5 the teams who are in best shape for a premiership tilt.

See the Fireball Five below:

David King

1 - Collingwood

“They’re in the best form right now, playing some great footy.

“Resting players, doing a fantastic job.”

2 - Brisbane

“Steady as they go, nothing outrageous.

“They’re still finding their feet in the season after nine weeks, which is ridiculous.

“They’re top of the table and going beautifully.”

3 - Geelong

“Geelong are still three. It was a cracking game yesterday.

“They didn’t lose me at all. But they need Tom Stewart and Jack Henry back because they didn’t look as settled as it once did.”

4 - Western Bulldogs

“I’m in love with them. To go to Darwin and put in a performance like that was great.”

5 - Hawthorn

“I’m going to slip in the Hawks at five.

“No GWS just yet.”

Kane Cornes

1 - Brisbane

2 - Collingwood

3 - Hawthorn

“My Hawks at three. I’m holding firm on them.”

4 - Geelong

“I’m with you on Geelong, everything you just said there.”

5 - Gold Coast

“I think they get Hawthorn this week. The extra week in Darwin, they’ll be familiar with the conditions, they know what they’re doing there.”
