Walsh reignites war of words ahead of GF rematch

Reece Walsh has proven that there is no love lost between the Melbourne Storm and the Brisbane Broncos following their Grand Final match-up.

On his Instagram account, the star fullback posted a story with the caption “All bark no bite”.

This was in reference to comments made by the Storm’s Stefano Utoikamanu in the lead-up to last year’s Grand Final, where he called the Broncos ‘stuck up’ and was looking forward to ‘run someone over’.

Despite those comments, the Broncos went on to win their first NRL premiership in 19 years.

During the post-match celebrations, Walsh would make mention of Utoikamanu, saying ‘Stefano’s stuck, we’re up’.

The Broncos will look to break their winless start to the season against the Storm on Friday night.

Kick-off takes place at 8pm AEDT with SEN having live coverage of the match through Broncos Radio.
