Other outlets claim playing boots balls and other training equipment was taken in the brazen heist.
Thoms Tuchel’s side are scheduled to train on Saturday afternoon (local time) before their opening clash on Tuesday (local time) against Croatia.
11:51am ⚽️ BALOGUN MAKES IT A BRACE ⚽️
The US have finished off the first half with a bang!
Folarin Balogun has blasted it right into the top left from practically point blank range in the last moments of additional time to extend go 3-nil up.
The Paraguayan fans have their heads in their hands with the players looking lost for words.
It's certainly not what they expected to take place in the first 45 minutes.
11:32am ⚽️ US DOUBLES THEIR ADVANTAGE ⚽️
The US are living the American Dream at the moment.
They've just scored another goal to extend their lead to 2-nil with Folarin Balogun scoring a sublime goal from a cross on the left hand side.
He had a goal disallowed just moments ago as a result of being offside but he hasn't let it get to him.
11:10am ⚽️ GOAL FOR UNITED STATES ⚽️
It's the perfect start for the United States!
The hosts have got the lead thanks to an own goal from Damien Bobadilla who tried to intercept a cross in the box but has landed it straight past the keeper in Orlando Gill in the 7th minute.
8:25am IT'S A CLEAR RED CARD
Former England star Wayne Rooney has slammed the referee in today’s Canada v Bosnia match for failing to show Bosnia goalkeeper Nikola Vasilj a red card for what he deemed to be dangerous play.
After three red cards were handed out in the World Cup’s opening clash between Mexico and South Africa, Argentine referee Facundo Tello.was less willing despite the heavy handed nature of the stopper.
In the second half of the 1-1 draw, Tani Oluwaseyi surged onto a through ball and sprinted into a 1-1 with the keeper.
Vasilj lunged for a two fisted clearance but made contact with the Canadian striker’s head in a collision which left both writing on the floor.
No cards were shown and because Oluwaseyi was deemed to have been a fraction offside, Bosnia were awarded a free-kick much to the disbelief of Rooney.
“It’s a red card,” Rooney said on British TV in a commentary role.
“Forget the offside. We have seen it before, when players have gone through and the whistle has gone. They have been fouled and it has been a red card. I just think it is a very dangerous play.
“I know (Vasilj) wins the ball but he follows through. He hits him in the temple! That’s the worst place you can be hit. You can get knocked out. (Oluwaseyi) might come back and in a week’s time he could have delayed concussion. Look at his neck. That’s a clear red card.”
The game ended in a draw which handed Canada a historic milestone of registering their first ever World Cup point.
7:35am: FIFA's explain half empty stadium
FIFA have denied they manufactured an attendance figure for the Czech Republic v South Korea clash on the opening day of the World Cup.
Images of the half empty Estadio Akron have gone around the world but the governing body insists the 44,985 attendance figure was accurate.
A sea of red seats are clearly visible in images form the clash which ended 2-1 in favour of South Korea, but according to FIFA, fans were simply in the concourse.
That's a massive line for the bathroom or a bag of $20 peanuts. And it wasn't a half-time break as players are clearly still on the pitch.
A spokesperson said: "Official attendance figures reflect the number of tickets scanned and spectators present within the stadium footprint, rather than visual assessments of seating occupancy at any given moment during the match.
"FIFA works closely with stadium authorities and ticketing teams to ensure all published figures are based on verified operational data.
"Please note that, during (Thursday's) match in Guadalajara, several ticketed fans could be seen standing in concourses rather than staying in their assigned seats throughout the match."
The price of tickets has been a saga for FIFA since they went on sale in 2025 with fans feeling they were priced out of attending.
Dynamic ticket pricing and unlimited resales have garnered significant backlash in the months since and FIFA was left red face last week when it emerged more than 180,000 tickets remained unsold.
A last minute price cut and offers of free tickets with hotel and accommodation bookings have done little to entice late comers.

⚽️ 6:40am GOAL CANADA!⚽️
SUPER SUB Cyle Larin steps up just moments after coming on the field and has scored an absolute belter for Canada to bring them back into contention in this game. A quality first touch and turn into a sublime strike. Fine finish.
Canada in for a point at this stage having trailed since Lukic score in the 21st minute for Bosnia.
FT History for Canada in Toronto as they secure their first ever World Cup point!
5:30am GHANA STAR DENIED CANADA ENTRY
Visa issues continue to overshadow this World Cup with news former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey will miss Ghana’s opener after being denied entry to Canada.
According to reports out of the UK, the 33 year-old was charged with five counts of rape and one of sexual assault by the Metropolitan Police last July. two additional charges of rape were added in February.
He pleaded not guilty to the earlier charges.
While guaranteed to miss the opening match against Panama on June 18, reports suggest he will be clear for the England clash a week later.
Confirming the situation, FIFA said: “Fifa can confirm that player Thomas Partey will be unable to travel from Ghana’s team base camp in Boston, USA, to Canada for their first match against Panama on Wednesday, June 17.
“His visa application has been refused by the Canadian government.
“Fifa is not involved in the immigration processes of host countries, including the adjudication of visas.
“As with previous Fifa events, the host government ultimately determines who receives a visa and is admitted into the country.”
Ghana are expected to fight the denied visa.
