SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 19.

Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.

Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1 – Geelong
vs St Kilda - GMHBA Stadium – Thursday

“They've lost their last three, Geelong,” Russell told SEN's Dwayne's World.

“They are hanging on inside the top 10, and they've got a five day break but don't be fooled by the seven changes that they've made.

“Don't be fooled by the fact that 'the Cats must be struggling, they've made seven changes.' I think the seven changes are good changes.

“They've brought in fresh players who have been forced to wait and cannot wait to get in there and play some good footy.

“Jay Polkinghorne has been asked to wait a year and a half! He has been on the list for a year and a half and he is in better form right now than Jeremy Cameron!

“I think it's a good change that he is in, and Jeremy Cameron, who has been playing injured for the last six weeks, is out.

“Don't be fooled by it. I think Geelong should win tonight, and I don't think there's any excuses at home.”

2 - Gold Coast
vs Western Bulldogs – People First Stadium – Sunday

“The Gold Coast have been disappointing us every year, but this is a little bit different.

“Never in their history have they performed so badly with so much. This is their most disappointing season yet, and they've had some disappointing seasons.

“The Suns are expected to be top four and they are 14th right now, in free-fall.”

3 – North Melbourne
vs Melbourne - Marvel Stadium – Saturday

“They've also lost their last two - I think they need to grab one of these games and stay in the running for the top 10.

“They've had a good season, North, but they are 13th right now. Against Melbourne, this is 14th versus 16th from last year.

“There is no reason that North Melbourne fans shouldn't have expected their team to have the same improvement that Melbourne has had, and no reason why North Melbourne shouldn't be continuing to snap at the heels of the top eight and the top 10.”

4 - Carlton
vs Collingwood – MCG – Saturday

“I don't want to see Carlton go back to the old, first half of the season under Michael Voss, getting smacked kind of Carlton.

“We don't want them losing again and everyone saying, 'it was a sugar hit.' Big game for Carlton, this one.”

5 – St Kilda
vs Geelong - GMHBA Stadium – Thursday

“They've got Geelong at a relatively vulnerable time.

“I think they've got a tougher draw coming home, so I think they need to win this one.”
