Welcome to Oaks Day at Flemington!
The three-year-old fillies take centre-stage over the 2500m as Ladies Day takes hold at Flemington.
Tap in here to keep up to date with all the happenings on what will be an exhilarating day across the country or listen live to David Taggart, Josh Jenkins, Campbell Brown and Paul Sebastiani from Flemington as they guide you through the day and pick some winners.
Rey Magnerio saves the day for the Punters in Race 9.
Last to first in a flash in the last 100m.
William Pike in the last salutes again.
Scintillating.
That wraps up 2026 Crown Oaks Day.
Proxima Dea wins the 2026 Crown Oaks at Flemington in sensational fashion.
All the credit goes to the David Payne trained star, this horse is a freak.
Zac Lloyd wins his 8th Group 1 in Race 8.
The horse travelled three wide, no cover the trip.
This is a seriously special Oaks win.

Favourite Sequinned beaten by Lady Catalina in a tight photo finish in Race 7.
Yet another short priced favourite goes down on Oaks Day.
Lady Catalina ridden by Blake Shinn and trained by Ciaron Maher was able to hold on from the fast-finishing favourite.
Three horses were vetted late prior to the race, two went on to be scratched – that being Calamari Ring and I am Algadon.
James McDonald is yet to ride a winner today again, even with multiple short priced rides.
Sulek gets one back for favourite punters, storming down the middle of the track, thanks to a beautiful ride by Billy Egan in Race 6.
The four-year-old gelding trained by Dominic Sutton settled near the back of the field and proved way too classy in the Melbourne Cup Carnival Country Final.
Racegoers now direct their attention to the Group 3 Crown Red Roses Stakes with Sequinned atop of the market.
Another short priced favourite goes down, this time the James McDonald ridden Perisher.
Hard to question the ride by McDonald in Race 5, but Nobler was too good saluting by 1.25 lengths with Damian Lane on board.
The Waller trained gelding skipped away at the 200 metre mark down the straight.
After an early favourite saluted, the bookies have somewhat hit back in the last two races.
Sass Appeal was sent out as a firm $1.70 favourite in Race 4 - the Inglis Bracelet - and looked like she might be too good for them as they entered the straight, but the emerging Bella Verona wore her down and then skipped away.
It was an impressive triumph for trainer Matt Laurie with Pat Moloney in the saddle.
Sass Appeal ended up second while Fireball Miss was a few lengths way in third.
Harry's Yacht was too strong for his rivals in Race 3 - the Chester Manifold.
Jockey Ben Allen sat outside the leader, Feroce, and kicked clear to win comfortably from Pinstriped with the fast-finishing Revelare impressive in third.
Race 2 - The Subzero for the greys - was impressively taken out by You're Not The King under Rachel King for Bjorn Baker.
The precocious four-year-old took a while to wind up but once he did he went whooshka and saw off second favourite Alabama Fox, with Santa Ana Moon at any old price for third.
The winner was heavily backed late with punters rejoicing.
Chiringita wins Race 1!
Zac Lloyd has punched home Chiringita to take out the first at around $8.
The five-year-old My Racehorse mare fought off roughie Illyivy with Ciaron Maher's Jenni You Think running third.
The Oaks has been a happy hunting ground for Hamish McLachlan over the past six years.
He has nailed the trifecta and first four in five of the last six editions of the 2500m Group 1 for the fillies.
Race 1 due at 1pm AEDT.
Autumn Slide is currently the $4.40 favourite in a very competitive field for the TCL Trophy over 1700m.
10:25 - Flemington Track Conditions
As we look ahead to Race 1 today, Flemington currently sits at a Soft 5 and the rail is out six metres.
Track manager Liam O'Keeffe is confident the rail out will cover the wear and tear from the prior days of the carnival and the outside of the track will still be favoured for straight races.
Stay tuned here on the live blog for all the action!
