Brisbane forward Jack Gunston has a desire to return to Hawthorn, reports AFL Media’s Damian Barrett.
Barrett says the Lions are both aware and respectful of his wish to return to Victoria.

Gunston joined the Lions in 2023 in exchange for pick 48 and a future fourth round selection.
The forward played for Hawthorn between 2012 to 2022 where he managed 211 games and kicked 410 goals.
The 31-year-old played 17 games for Brisbane in his first season at the club, kicking 22 goals.
He didn’t play in the losing Grand Final to Collingwood.
