Back for another year, the SEN.com.au team gives you an insight into how every game will play out across the weekend.

Labelling something a ‘certainty’ in any sport is fraught with danger.

But we’ll attempt to find some anyway.

Here is what we consider certainties for the Round 11 Friday night clash between Fremantle and Collingwood.

Fremantle

Brayshaw to have 25+ disposals

Andrew Brayshaw is quietly putting together a very strong season.

Teammate Caleb Serong is properly racking them up and attracting a lot of the attention, but Brayshaw has still averaged 27.5 disposals.

He’s had 25 or more touches in eight of 10 games this year, including his last four straight, and we’re backing him to go again against Collingwood on Friday night.

Brayshaw has had a nice recent run against the Pies, picking up 30 or more touches in his last three.

He should have at least 25 disposals at Optus Stadium in Round 11.

Ryan to have 20+ disposals, take 6+ marks & have 5+ rebound 50s

Luke Ryan has again been racking up the stats in defence for Fremantle in 2024.

He is averaging 25.6 disposals, 9 marks and 7.7 rebound 50s across 10 matches so far.

Ryan has had 20 or more touches in four of his last five encounters with Collingwood, as well as averaging 6.4 marks and 8.6 rebounds 50s in that time.

We feel he’ll amass at least 20 touches on Friday night, while taking at least six marks and contributing five rebound 50s.

Collingwood

Pendlebury to have 20+ touches

Scott Pendlebury has wound back the clock in recent weeks.

The veteran has picked up at least 20 touches in all of his last three games while playing primarily in the midfield and even had 30 last week against Adelaide.

While he may not reach 30 again, 20+ should be no issue for Pendlebury.

He’s only dipped below that mark two times in nine of the full games he’s played in 2024 as well.

Schultz anytime goalkicker

Lachie Schultz comes up against his former club for the first time on Friday night.

The small forward hasn’t set the world alight since joining Collingwood but has been consistent in applying pressure and hitting the scoreboard.

He’s kicked at least one goal in all of his last five games and loves playing at Optus Stadium, having kicked 11 goals in his last four games at the venue.

While he’ll have to battle against a Freo crowd that won’t be welcoming, expect him to hit the scoreboard and quieten them at least for a brief period.

It's also his 100th AFL game, expect him to stand up in this one.
