State of Origin I has arrived with New South Wales and Queensland set to clash at Sydney's Accor Stadium.

Running It Straight has your weekly fix of rugby league chat, starting with Wednesday night's Origin, before hosts Sam Hewat and Anthony Gelling shift their attention to what's happening in Round 14 of the NRL.

Former Queensland representatives Dylan Napa and Lote Tuqiri join the lads on the phone to share an insight on their time playing for the Maroons.

With Mitchell Barnett not required by the Blues for the opening match of the series, the One NZ Warriors forward has been made available to head coach Andrew Webster, named on the edge alongside Marata Niukore.

For their Saturday night matchup against the North Queensland Cowboys, the Warriors have been bolstered by the return of many familiar faces: Addin Fonua-Blake, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, Kurt Capewell, Rocco Berry, Wayde Egan and Tohu Harris. Not named is playmaker Shaun Johnson, who continues to recover from a pectoral injury.

SEN/SENZ will have live commentary of State of Origin I from 9pm Wednesday NZ time, with unashamedly bias commentary feeds for NSW and Queensland fans available on the app, along with a neutral call on all NZ frequencies.
