There’s not much that Scott Pendlebury hasn’t done in his 428-game career.
But for the first time in his 21 seasons in the AFL, the 38-year-old has been handed a one-match suspension by the MRO.
Pendlebury has been suspended after laying a bump on Adelaide’s Josh Worrell during the Magpies’ 14-point loss to the Crows on Saturday.
The MRO would deem the rough conduct whilst grading it as high conduct, medium impact and careless conduct.
The Magpies are currently considering appealing the suspension, considering his impeccable record throughout his career.
More to come.
