Following their 38-6 loss to the Sea Eagles, Corey Parker has criticised the way North Queensland played.
After winning their last four games, the Cowboys were well and truly beaten by Kieran Foran’s men on Thursday night, with Manly’s forward pack dominating the run game.
Reflecting on the match, Parker admitted to being disappointed by the Cowboys, given their previous form.
“It was a pretty dour first half, it was a pretty dour game to be fair,” he told SENQ Breakfast.
“There’s been a couple of those this year, but I had some high expectations (on the Cowboys).
“Back at home after winning four in a row, so I thought, here we go, my tips are going to start perfectly for Round 7.
“And no, the Sea Eagles just marched on. They did a terrific job.”

The Brisbane Broncos legend then doubled on his view, admitting that he thought Todd Payten’s men had a lacklustre performance.
“For the North Queensland Cowboys, to not be able to produce at home when they have,” Parker continued.
“I think it was a lacklustre performance.
“Maybe I’m being a bit harsh, but I thought it was an absolute stinker of a game.”
The Cowboys will once again feature at Queensland Country Bank Stadium next week, then they face off against the Sharks on Anzac Day Eve (April 24).
Kick-off takes place at 6pm AEST with SEN League having live coverage of the match from 5pm across SEN’s radio network and on the SEN app.
