SEN’s Dwayne Russell has named the five teams under the most pressure heading into Round 18.

Russell’s pressure meter ranks teams from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the round.

Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.

1 – Geelong
vs GWS – ENGIE Stadium – Saturday

“They've lost three of their last four. They've gone from one of the premiership favourites to no guarantee to make the top 10,” Russell told SEN's Dwayne's World.

“The Cats have nine wins in seventh spot. North Melbourne have eight wins in 11th spot.

“If Geelong lose and North Melbourne win, the Cats will be in the top 10 only by percentage.

“They play the Giants away - the Giants have won their last four against Geelong and had a big win last week against Fremantle.”

2 - St Kilda
vs Port Adelaide – Marvel Stadium – Saturday

“They are 12th right now - they need to keep beating the teams below them, at least. Especially at Marvel in front of their fans.

“Top 10 is a breakeven for St Kilda this year. That's their breakeven mark to say that this season has been an improved season given what they've done with their recruitment.

“They're 12th now - Port at Marvel is a must win, or questions will be asked again.”

3 – Gold Coast
vs Adelaide - Adelaide Oval – Saturday

“Supposed to be a premiership contender... they've slipped all the way to 14th!

“They've lost five in a row now - they can't blame Darwin, Darwin gives them two wins and they had a bye to rest the week after, so that excuse was weak.

“The rumours of discontent and trouble are getting louder, and Damien Hardwick even tried to use the list of injuries as an excuse that everyone saw straight through as a garbage cover-up for their obvious real problem last week.

“The list of injured players that he rattled off was ridiculous, hardly anyone of note.

“They are the year's biggest underachiever right now, given where we expected them to be and where they expected themselves to be.”

4 - Hawthorn
vs Carlton – MCG – Saturday

“They've lost a game badly last week that they were expected to win.

“Against Carlton, who have won seven in a row this week - it would be a major dent to their top four hopes if they lose their second game in a row to a team behind them.

“Carlton are seven spots below them on the ladder.”

5 – Western Bulldogs
vs West Coast - Marvel Stadium – Sunday

“Just need to beat the West Coast Eagles.

“They should beat them at Marvel and stay in the top 10 and in touch with the top six, but it is still a bit of a danger game for the Bulldogs.”
