Supercars driver Todd Hazelwood reflects on his long road to 2024 Bathurst victory

Supercars driver Todd Hazelwood is this week’s guest on This Is Your Journey – thanks to Tobin Brothers.

The Erebus Motorsport co-driver enjoyed the biggest moment of his racing career last Sunday, claiming the famous Bathurst 1000 for his first career Supercars win.

It’s been a long road for Hazelwood to climb to the top of Aussie motorsport racing after battling an up-and-down Supercars career from 2018 to 2023 where he couldn’t crack a win.

Without a full-time drive for the 2024 campaign, Hazelwood teamed up with Brodie Kostecki and things immediately clicked with the reigning Supercars champ.

Driving alongside Kostecki at Mount Panorama, the pair were far too strong for their competition leading in 157 of 161 laps, all in Hazelwood’s 195th Supercars race.

The 29-year-old South Australian reflected on his career-defining moment and his journey so far in this week’s episode.
