SEN records growth ahead of bumper summer of sport

As SEN launches into a massive summer of live sport, the station has recorded significant audience growth in its Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane markets, according to the latest GfK Radio 360 Survey.

Melbourne’s SEN 1116am grew its cumulative audience by 22,000 to reach a robust 407,000 listeners. The station delivered a 10+ share of 3.3% and a streaming share of 4.7%.

SEN 1170am in Sydney has achieved its highest-ever cumulative audience – 164,000, continuing its strongest survey results for 2024. Breakfast with Vossy & Brandy - featuring Andrew Voss and Greg ‘Brandy’ Alexander - now has a cumulative audience of 101,000. The show is ahead of Sky Sports Radio in the key breakfast time slot, with a 2.5% share of all people 10+.

In Brisbane, SENQ 693am also recorded growth with the station’s cumulative audience increasing to 62,000. Breakfast with Pat & Heals - featuring Pat Welsh and Ian Healy with contributions from Corey Parker, who will be joining the program as a permanent co-host alongside Healy in 2025 - delivered a cumulative audience of 43,000.

With international cricket – including the high-anticipated Border-Gavaskar Test SeriesBig Bash, international golf, Australian Open tennis, NBL, EPL and NFL all broadcast across the SEN Network in the coming months, the station is gearing up for a blockbuster summer of live sport.
