R8 N5 SMOOTH PLANE

Victorian star who’s drawn ideal and should carve to an early top 3 position. Has speed off the mat and will get all the favours from the 6,7 & 8 who are all wide runners. Speed in 2 & 3 tows us into the race and you’d like to think we will improve on last weeks first look at the track. In elite hands, class type and proven group performer. Keen!

Great win last week and strikes a winnable race here tonight despite it being a rise in class. Minimal speed in the race so can easily lead if it steps as well as it did last week and the time 30.55 stacks up well to win. Good record at the track with 3 from 6 and loves racing at the 520m. Each way all night!

R7 N4 MOSSY BOOTS

Mentioned this dog last week as a blackbooker when rattling home against elite company. Hard race here tonight and clearly has to begin due to the early speed in the race. Does have the ability and speed to feature, needs a bit to go it’s way, as does every other dog though. Each way but place heavy!
