The Manly Sea Eagles returned to finals for the first time since 2021, falling short against the Roosters in Week 2 of the finals.

The Sea Eagles finished 7th at the end of the regular season and were bolstered by the addition of Luke Brooks in 2024, with the half making a move to the Northern Beaches after 11 seasons with the Wests Tigers, enjoying his first finals appearance and win in the process.

Haumole Olakau'atu had a career-best season, debuting for the NSW Blues, while their side remained relatively injury-free throughout the season, including superstar fullback Tom Trbojevic, who played 20 games in a season for the first time since 2018.

Long-term extensions to Olakau'atu, prop Taniela Paseka, and winger Jason Saab means lots of Manly's best squad is locked down, proving squad stability, but with Daly Cherry-Evans's decorated career potentially ending at the end of 2025, next season may be the Sea Eagles' best chance to win a premiership for a while.

Losses: Karl Lawton (Cowboys), Jamie Humphreys (Rabbitohs), Jaxson Paulo (Cowboys), Aaron Woods (retired), Brad Parker (retired), Ben Condon (Leigh Leopards), Bailey Hodgson (Leigh Leopards)
